From 2004-2008, I acted as part of the National Media Relations team for Philips Electronics, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for coverage of Consumer Electronics, Lighting, Beauty, Medical and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as message-training and preparing clients/spokespersons for media exposure.
Successes included numerous top-tier broadcast, print and online placements for campaigns that included “Sense and Simplicity,” Back-To-School, Home Theater, Style Tech, and Holiday. Non-traditional campaign elements included the Philips Lifestyle News Bureau, and the [immersive B2B/B2C] Holidays in June and “Sense and Simplicity Minneapolis” events.
